Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The person who scheduled my appointment over the phone was just as friendly and helpful as the specialist who showed up to my house at the scheduled time.Jakob did an excellent job inspecting my HVAC system and thoroughly explained every step of the process. He was very friendly and invited me to follow him along as he worked to ask questions if I wanted; without bothering me unnecessarily when he didn't need to. He was very courteous and respectful of my time as well as my property.Jakob conducted a thorough inspection and explained all of the issues he noticed as well as explaining the solutions the company offered in a detailed manner that was easy to understand without talking down to me. He was very clear that he stood by their products and services while recommending them several times throughout our conversation without being pushy or making it uncomfortable when I declined.If I ever need any further services I will absolutely be giving them a call back. Also, they have a great deal on air filter delivery which I will be subscribing to.
Called around on July 4 because my AC had stopped working. Hottest day of the year so far. Scott at Unitedly was the only Heating and AC company willing to come out the next day. Tech Jared Hutsell came out the afternoon of the 5th and diagnosed the issue as a failed fan motor on my furnace. Amazingly, he had one in his van and installed it for me that afternoon. The new motor is so quiet I can't tell that the AC is running from the living room. Jared was extra nice and discussed all my options thoroughly. Turns out in his spare time he is a volunteer fire fighter and EMT. What a super guy. I can't recommend him enough. Go with Unitedly and forget about the rest.
