I called after my AC went out on a very warm couple of days. I have a newborn in my house. I called at 7:35 am. They had technician to my house by 10:30am and AC back up and running at 11:30. Our 20 year old furnace fan went out just before the last cold spell in the spring. We have a 100+ year old house which usually adds complications. They triaged the furnace, helped us pick out a suitable replacement hvac system and installed the replacement without any trouble. We didn't need it, but they loaned us enough space heaters to deal with a cold snap. We called Unitedly because we know some of them. They're good folks.

There is a reason why Unitedly has a solid 5 star rating. Scott and his team are absolutely outstanding from the start to finish and after! I had 3 other companies come out and run an estimate to replace my old AC unit. All people who came out were very polite and professional, they looked at what needed to be looked at, wrote down how much and left. They spent maybe 10-15 minutes. When Scott showed up, he blew me away with his Customer service. Was great to speak with, and was so knowledgeable about everything! Even answered questions not related to the AC! He walked me through exactly what he would like to do if he got my work, and explained why he does it that way. The other companies were going to just swap out the old and place in the new unit in its place. Scott recommended moving the unit out from under my deck and into a more open area to help the unit with airflow. Scott spent around an hour with me during the quoting process and truly seemed to care that any question I may have was answered. The installation of the new unit was just as amazing experience. I could easily go on and on. I will recommend Unitedly to EVERYONE. They will be my first choice for any service. Absolutely exceptional company and people.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The person who scheduled my appointment over the phone was just as friendly and helpful as the specialist who showed up to my house at the scheduled time.Jakob did an excellent job inspecting my HVAC system and thoroughly explained every step of the process. He was very friendly and invited me to follow him along as he worked to ask questions if I wanted; without bothering me unnecessarily when he didn't need to. Called around on July 4 because my AC had stopped working. Hottest day of the year so far. Scott at Unitedly was the only Heating and AC company willing to come out the next day. Tech Jared Hutsell came out the afternoon of the 5th and diagnosed the issue as a failed fan motor on my furnace. Amazingly, he had one in his van and installed it for me that afternoon. The new motor is so quiet I can't tell that the AC is running from the living room. Jared was extra nice and discussed all my options thoroughly. Turns out in his spare time he is a volunteer fire fighter and EMT. What a super guy. I can't recommend him enough. Go with Unitedly and forget about the rest.
